Mainly for our usage but would also be needed in a real world deployment for site admins to add entries to the species database. It will need to only be accessible by site admins (us) and write the relevant information to the database and if a photo is uploaded that must be put under static/images/species_database/<animal.png> so that the species_info page can access the image automatically.

If this doesn't make sense just ask me.
