Using cmake within VSCode leads to creation of files which are not covered
by .gitignore so far. Covers Linux and Windows builds.

Before writing a zip entry, its' pathname might be modified for two
reasons:
1. Path using Windows path separators will be converted to POSIX style.
2. Path using local encoding will be transcoded if a target charset is
set.
Must make sure these two mechanisms can coexist without overwriting each
other.
These files are created when building libarchive within Visual Studio
Code, its CMake plugin and Visual Studio 2022 as compiler.
Without this change, Visual Studio Code shows hundreds of files in
GitLense plugin waiting to be commited.
For the most part, a good number of
failing tests are failing because they make the assumption that archive
contents are read as utf-8 by default, which is not true for Windows,
which assumes OEM code page by default.
Lets ignore autotool generated files (.la .dirstamp .deps) everywhere
rather than hardcoded specific subdirs. We'll never add files with
those names to the source repo, so that should be OK.
We're already ignoring CMakeFiles/ everywhere (since the rule lacks
a leading / anchor), so we can delete the redundant paths.
Rather than hardcode every possible unittest and related files, add
globs that ignore all *_test related paths in the topdir. We won't
be adding paths like that to the source repo, so it should be OK.
