Registration page now had a selector for account type
There is now an accounts.db to store user accounts
Dashboard has been added and loads different items depending on account type
need to add authentication next

Yeah these should work
private user account - username: 123, password: 11111111
teacher account - username: 1234, password: 11111111
community leader account - username: leader, password: 11111111
student account - username: student, password: 11111111
