Andrew Udvare e0efd2418f Delete ASM static libraries before re-archiving 
CMake's default ASM archive rule appends to an existing archive with
`ar cr`, unlike the C/C++ rules, which delete it first. Once ranlib has
turned an archive of fat objects into a fat archive (e.g. csu's
libbundle1.a), relinking it after a rebuild fails with "is a fat file".
Use the same delete-then-create sequence as the C/C++ rules.

jlucfarias 3990d306a7 Use configd submodule for SystemConfiguration framework 
I just moved the stubs from src/frameworks/SystemConfiguration to files in src/external/configd and allow to build upstream SCSchemaDefinitions.c to make sure we have all constants needed for application by now

jlucfarias 180e1d7c79 feat: implement function to verify if data is UINibArchive 
As can seen here (https://developer.apple.com/documentation/xcode-release-notes/xcode-13-release-notes#Interface-Builder), XIB files is compiled using UINibEncoder to reduce file size and that new NIB files are structured following this format (https://www.mothersruin.com/software/Archaeology/reverse/uinib.html).
