chore(po): merge the current template into the .po files
Many messages have been reworded or marked for translation since the .po files were last merged, so their line references and message ids were out of date. Run msgmerge on each .po file against the current flex.pot. Translations whose English changed are marked fuzzy for translators to review, and new messages are untranslated. No translation was edited by hand.
